Una propuesta bastante interesante para ayudar a certificarse a los emprendedores que asistieron y son parte de la comunidad.

Derivado del trabajo con la comunidad de Office365 México que estoy impulsando, una estrategía importante para lograr lo objetivos, es hacer que las personas sepan utilizar éstas tecnologías.
Derived from working with the Office365 community Mexico that I am promoting, an important strategy to achieve the objectives, is to make people know how to use these technologies.
Sin emabrgo, uno de los retos más importantes a los que me he enfrentado, es que la mayoría de los asistentes son personas del área administrativa, algunos incluso agenos a tecnología, si bien éste taller por los temas a abarcar estaba enfocado a tecnológos, se tuvo que ajustar al nivel y objetivos de las personas que llegaron al evento.
However, one of the most important challenges that I have faced is that most of the assistants are people from the administrative area, some of them even techies, although this workshop for the topics to be covered was focused on technology, Had to adjust to the level and goals of the people who arrived at the event.

El pasado 25 de octubre 2016, tuvimos oportunidad de generar oficialmente el primer meetup de ésta nueva comunidad, la cual busca lograr 3 cosas: 1) dar difusión de como podemos implementar Office365 en nuestro trabajo, 2) difundir como podemos tener HomeOffice y continuar siendo roductivos -incluso aumentar- y 3) demostrar que Office365 no es sólo para administrar, sino también para desarrollar.
Last October 25, 2016, we had the opportunity to officially generate the first meeting of this new community, which seeks to achieve 3 things: 1) disseminate how we can implement Office365 in our work, 2) spread how we can have HomeOffice and continue being productive - even increase - and 3) demonstrate that Office365 is not only to manage, but also to develop.

EXCEL CHAMP MX
Este año Microsoft llevó a cabo un reto a nivel internacional para el uso de Excel, en dónde me perimitieron compartir una gran experiencia tanto con los participantes, como con los organizadores, si bien la competencia estaba enfoca a Excel, pude apoyar como jurado en la seminfinal y final nacional. Además de hablar de la importancia de utilizar estas tecnología y la versión online que tiene Office 365.
This year Microsoft took on an international challenge to use Excel, where I was able to share a great experience both with the participants and with the organizers, although the competition was focused on Excel, I was able to support as a jury in the Seminfinal and national end. In addition to talking about the importance of using these technologies and the online version that has Office 365.

Uno de los eventos más representativos de las Ciudad de México es la Semana del Emprendedor, éste año tuve la oportunidad de participar como conferencista para hablar de un nuevo proyecto, la comunidad de Office365 México.
One of the most representative events in Mexico City is Entrepreneur's Week, this year I had the opportunity to participate as a speaker to talk about a new project, the Office365 Mexico community.
Un excelente escenario para comunidades y un gran apoyo de Meetruppers, quienes dan difusión de las diversas comunidades de tecnología a nivel nacional.

10 years of a community that I founded Microsoft-UPIICSA
En octubre del 2006 iniciamos una gran aventura llamada Comunidad Microsoft-UPIICSA, una comunidad de estudiantes para estudiantes, en donde colaborábamos en mejorar nuestras habilidades y competencias que reforzaran nuestros conocimientos de escuela.
In October 2006 we started a great adventure called Microsoft-UPIICSA Community, a community of students for students, where we collaborated in improving our skills and competences that reinforce our knowledge of the school.
Un grupo de 30 personas mas o menos entre alumnos y maestros iniciamos una serie de conferencias, talleres y laboratorios que se replicó para toda nuestra comunidad, apoyados por Microsoft, del cual fue creciendo poco a poco, al termino del primer año, teníamos más de 800 personas siguiendo nuestros eventos de forma recurrente, el siguiente video es un pequeño resumen de lo que trabajamos en ese entonces.
A group of 30 people more or less between students and teachers began a series of conferences, workshops and laboratories that replicated for our entire community, supported by Microsoft, which grew slowly, at the end of the first year, we had more than 800 people following our events on a recurring basis, the following video is a brief summary of what we worked on at the time.
Y desde hace 10 años, de manera paralela aunque ya no formo parte del grupo coordinador -una de las reglas que en ese entonces se estableció fue que cada grupo estuviera uno o máximo 2 años y le diera posibilidad a otro equipo-, apoyo continuamente sus eventos, así que éste año cumplimos 10 años de comunidad, en la cual tuve la grata oportunidad de convivir con el nuevo grupo coordinador, ser parte del programa de conferencias, claro hablando también de Office 365, junto con otros amigos, como Bruno Medina de Microsoft y otras comunidades tanto de robótica, diseño y mucho más.
And for 10 years, in parallel, although I am no longer part of the coordinating group - one of the rules that was established at that time was that each group was 1 or maximum 2 years and gave other team possibility -, I continuously support their Events, so this year we celebrated 10 years of community, in which I had the pleasant opportunity to coexist with the new coordinating group, to be part of the conference program, of course also talking about Office 365, along with other friends, such as Bruno Medina de Microsoft and other communities both robotics, design and more.
Tuvimos una asistencia bastante concurrida de más de 350 asistentes para las conferencias. Muchas preguntas y seguimiento a las dudas a través de la comunidad.
Gracias a las autoridades de la UPIICSA por permitir que se continúe realizando estos eventos, a la comunidad estudiantil por creer en nosotros, al grupo coordinador, a los conferencistas que nos acompañaron en el evento Abril 2016 y gracias a Microsoft por el apoyo que nos brinda de forma constante para aprender, innovar e impulsar el uso de la tecnología para mejorar nuestra vida.
We had a fairly busy attendance of more than 350 attendees for the conferences. Many questions and follow up with the doubts through the community.
Thanks to the authorities of UPIICSA for allowing these events to continue, the student community for believing in us, the coordinating group, the speakers that accompanied us in the event April 2016 and thanks to Microsoft for the support it offers us Constantly to learn, innovate and promote the use of technology to improve our lives.
